Services, S.L. has expired. The corporate purpose of this\u00a0company was to negotiate with suppliers of distributor brands for Dia Group and EROSKI\u00a0Group, to maximize the quality-price relationship offered to the consumer.<\/p><p>Moreover, effective May 22, 2018, the cooperation agreement that was implemented in<br \/>2015 to improve the conditions of negotiation with the large providers of national and\u00a0international brands will be finalized between the DIA and EROSKI Groups.<\/p><p>Both DIA and EROSKI will continue maintaining totally independent commercial
