--e-global-color-9ae01a9 ); letter-spacing: 0.2px; word-spacing: normal;\">Management Consulting Services CO. Ltd, transaction which, once<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-9ae01a9 ); letter-spacing: 0.2px; word-spacing: normal;\">completed, will imply the exit from the Chinese market by the DIA group.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-9ae01a9 ); letter-spacing: 0.2px; word-spacing: normal;\"><br \/>The Company informs that the completion of the Transaction is conditioned to its<br \/>approval by the Chinese antitrust and regulatory authorities and that the consideration<br \/>under the same is not material. In addition, the Company informs that it is engaged in<br \/>negotiations in relation to potential commercial collaboration agreements with the Suning<br \/>group which, should that be the case, will
