the tender offer presented by the main shareholder, LetterOne, with more than 29% of DIA\u2019s capital.<\/p><p>In the report submitted today to the CNMV (the Spanish stock market authority), DIA\u2019s Board of Directors expressed a favourable opinion on the tender offer, as it understands that, amid the current circumstances, it is the best option for the Group\u2019s shareholders, creditors, employees, franchisees, and suppliers.<\/p><p>Moreover, the Board has expressed its decision to accept the tender offer with the available treasury
