The final value of the transaction\u00a0will be based on DIA France financial adjustments, as customary in this type of\u00a0transaction.<\/p><p>The possible closing of the transaction with the final conditions or economic\u00a0terms will be communicated in due course; until then, DIA France\u2019s activities will be\u00a0pursued normally.<\/p><p>Following consultation of DIA France workers
