share capital of Grupo El \u00c1rbol.<\/p><p>The shares of El \u00c1rbol have been valued at one euro. In turn, DIA acquires the existing\u00a0participative loan with the payment of a fixed price of EUR26m and a variable price linked to the\u00a0performance of certain financial figures amounting to a maximum of EUR25.8m. In addition,\u00a0there is a maximum estimated financial debt of EUR99m.<\/p><p>Additionally, DIA has agreed to concede a financing line to El \u00c1rbol of EUR7.5m. to ensure that<br \/>the company can operate normally.<\/p><p>Currently, Grupo El \u00c1rbol has 455 commercial stores (425 proximity supermarkets) mainly in\u00a0the regions of Asturias, Castile &#8211; Leon, Aragon, Estremadura and Galicia. In 2013, its net sales\u00a0amounted to EUR822m. The company maintains the historical commitment of Grupo El \u00c1rbol\u00a0with Castile &#8211; Leon where the headquarters are based (Valladolid), as well as in others regions.\u00a0DIA, which will keep the El \u00c1rbol banner, consolidates this way its focus on proximity\u00a0\u00a0acquisitions and the development of its fresh products
