Espa\u00f1a 2.014 kilos de comida por establecimiento, que ser\u00e1n<br \/>entregados a los bancos de alimentos.<\/p><p>Danone, Mahou San Miguel, Unilever, Kellogg, Central Lechera Asturiana,<br \/>Mondelez International, Arroz\u00faa y C\u00e1mara Arrocera del Montsi\u00e1 se<br \/>suman a la iniciativa con aportaciones de cantidades adicionales y packs<br \/>de regalo, mientras que Smurfit FIBA\u00a0desde el 30 de agosto al 14 de septiembre, cerca de 2.500 tiendas DIA de toda\u00a0Espa\u00f1a se han convertido en canchas de baloncesto para contribuir a la importante\u00a0labor que desarrollan los bancos de alimentos. DIA y la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de\u00a0Baloncesto (FEB) han puesto en marcha la iniciativa \u2018Objetivo: 2.014 kg de Canastas\u00a0Solidarias\u2019, para que todos aquellos que deseen \u2018encestar\u2019 kilos de alimentos en favor de los bancos de alimentos puedan hacerlo desde hoy y hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de\u00a0mayo.<\/p><p>El objetivo es fomentar un deporte de equipo como el baloncesto y conseguir hasta\u00a02.014 kilos de alimentos por tienda a trav\u00e9s de unas cajas de recogida colocadas a la\u00a0entrada de las tiendas DIA que simulan una canasta. Las personas que participen en\u00a0esta iniciativa solidaria entrar\u00e1n en el sorteo de material deportivo, camisetas o\u00a0entradas para la fase de preparaci\u00f3n de la Copa del Mundo. Para ello tendr\u00e1n que\u00a0enviar fotograf\u00edas suyas encestando alimentos a los perfiles de Redes Sociales de la<br \/>FEB (en Twitter: @BaloncestoFEB) con la etiqueta #SomosEquipo o mandar ideas sobre\u00a0c\u00f3mo minimizar el desperdicio alimentario.<\/p><p>\u20182.014 kg de Canastas Solidarias\u2019 cuenta con el apoyo de figuras del baloncesto\u00a0internacional como son Jorge Garbajosa, Fernando Romay, Elisa Aguilar, Amaya\u00a0Valdemoro o Isabel S\u00e1nchez, que se han encargado de presentar hoy esta campa\u00f1a\u00a0en Granada, Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid y Sevilla, respectivamente. En el acto de\u00a0Madrid tambi\u00e9n han intervenido el vicepresidente de la FEB y presidente de la\u00a0Federaci\u00f3n de Baloncesto de Madrid, Juan Mart\u00edn Ca\u00f1o, el seleccionador, Juan<br \/>Orenga, y el consejero delegado de DIA, Ricardo Curr\u00e1s.<\/p><p>La FEB y DIA repartir\u00e1n casi 14.000 balones promocionales de la Copa del Mundo de\u00a0Baloncesto entre empleados y clientes a trav\u00e9s de las diferentes actividades y\u00a0acciones comerciales que se han puesto en marcha en torno a esta iniciativa, que\u00a0persigue como fin \u00faltimo aportar valor a la sociedad a trav\u00e9s de un deporte de equipo\u00a0como el baloncesto.<\/p><p><b>LOS PROVEEDORES SE UNEN AL EQUIPO<\/b><\/p><p>Conocidas firmas de alimentaci\u00f3n y log\u00edstica como\u00a0Unilever, Kellogg, Danone, Mahou San Miguel,<br \/>Central Lechera Asturiana, Mondelez\u00a0 International, Arroz\u00faa y C\u00e1mara Arrocera del\u00a0Montsi\u00e1 han decidido formar parte del proyecto\u00a0realizando entregas de cantidades adicionales a las\u00a0que finalmente se recojan, as\u00ed como diferentes packs\u00a0regalo, mientras que Smurfit Kappa y CHEP se<br \/>encargar\u00e1n de los materiales de almacenaje y la\u00a0posterior distribuci\u00f3n de los productos a los bancos de\u00a0alimentos.<\/p><p>Para Juan Mart\u00edn Ca\u00f1o, vicepresidente de la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Baloncesto, \u201ces\u00a0un orgullo para nosotros alcanzar este objetivo. Es m\u00e1s que una campa\u00f1a, somos\u00a0cada vez m\u00e1s en \u2018nuestro equipo\u2019 y estoy convencido de que se va a cumplir. Solo\u00a0puedo decir una cosa: este equipo os necesita y la Copa del Mundo tambi\u00e9n\u201d.<\/p><p>Por su parte, el consejero delegado de DIA, Ricardo Curr\u00e1s, ha explicado que
