class=\"column\"><p>Tras la aprobacio\u0301n por la Junta General de Accionistas de Carrefour celebrada el pasado 21 de junio de la distribucio\u0301n de un dividendo extraordinario en acciones de DIA, Carrefour ha adquirido de su filial Norfin Holder, S.L., el 100% de las acciones de DIA. Esta operacio\u0301n en el seno del grupo tiene como objeto permitir a Carrefour la distribucio\u0301n de las acciones de DIA a sus accionistas el pro\u0301ximo di\u0301a 5 de julio.<\/p><p>El precio de esta operacio\u0301n se ha fijado en 2.378 millones de \u20ac (3,50 \u20ac por accio\u0301n) que se ajustara\u0301 en funcio\u0301n del precio de apertura de cotizacio\u0301n de la accio\u0301n de DIA, prevista para el di\u0301a 5 de julio, sujeto a la previa aprobacio\u0301n del folleto por la CNMV.<\/p><p>El capital social de DIA (al igual que el de Carrefour) esta\u0301 dividio\u0301 en 679.336.000 acciones.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column
